With the spooky season starting to slowly creep in to haunt us, Saint Agnes’s haunted rock ‘n’ roll will set Leicester on (hell)fire, with support Sœur and Savanna Bones.
After their last Leicester gig at Handmade Festival (review), Saint Agnes will make their comeback as part of their Welcome To Silvertown UK Tour, celebrating the release of their debut album.
Mythically portraying their hometown as a land haunted by ex-lovers’ ghosts, wicked witches and satanic forces, those four modern cowboys will spread their stories, and hopefully brand new single Brother (from upcoming EP The Family Strange), through England. Their psych-rock’s claws catch by the heart and never let go.
Dual-fronted, Sœur (supporting SA during the whole tour), are one of the most exciting up-and-coming math pop/grunge formations with their mellow vibes and PJ Harvey/Nirvana influences. Full of sensual darkness hidden between souly pop notes is more than promising.
Last but not least, Leicester duo, Savanna Bones, will bring the heavier game to the table. Their wild west devilish rock will serve those thirsty for some tragic twists and groovy riffs.
